I am Claudia Cárceles Román, the artist behind Papaver Art.
Originally from Spain but currently living in the small Caribbean island of Grenada, working as a medical illustrator for St. George's University.
I am biologist, graduated from the University of Girona, Spain in 2014 and obtained a master in Scientific iIlustration in 2018 by the ZUYD University and Maastricht University, the Netherlands.
I am experienced in traditional techniques such as watercolor, graphite, color pencil, acrylics, ink.
Once in a while I like to immerse myself in the world of 3D and animation using programs such as ZBrush and Cinema 4D.
